• All our products go through strict quality checks before being finally shipped to you, and we will accept returns only if the product reached to you in damaged condition.
• Also we will need a proof of damaged product when you opened the package so you need to record the parcel while opening and share that with us along with return request through Whatsapp on given contact details in ‘Contact Us’ section of website.
• Please note that reverse shipment will be handled by customer. The products must be packed in its original packaging and no further damage should be caused in transit.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, Toys has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
The shipping incurred from returning the product will have to bear by customer.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a product, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
